01What will I actually receive?
A custom one-page website designed to bring in calls and enquiries: your services, reviews and contact details, tap-to-call buttons, a contact form that emails you, installation, free hosting and two rounds of revisions.
02What does it cost?
$499, once, paid at launch. Extra pages are $100 each. Hosting costs nothing. The only other expense is your domain name, which you buy yourself for around $10 a year.
03Do I pay before seeing anything?
Never. Your preview is free and arrives within 48 hours. You pay only when you're happy and want the site live — and if you'd rather not continue, you owe nothing.
04How do revisions work?
Put everything you'd like changed into one email — that's one round. Two are included, to use before or after launch. Further rounds are $75, or $39 a month with the care plan.
05Can I edit the site myself?
No — sites are hand-built and static, which keeps them fast and secure. Just email what you'd like changed and we'll take care of it.
06What about my domain?
If you have one, we connect it at no charge. If you don't, we'll show you where to buy one in your own name (about $10 a year) and set it up for you.
07Who owns the website?
You do. Once it's paid for, it's yours to keep.
08I don't have a website. Can you still help?
